Young people often lack confidence and have difficulty articulating their transferable skills. They are facing massive employment issues, and it's even more difficult for BAME, or Disability user.

Solution:
Skills2Bank inspires confidence in all young people for interviews, assessments and Higher Education applications through transferable skills discovery.

How:
Skill 'posts' from sports, clubs, hobbies, academic life, work experience, internships, university employability courses, BLM/BAME, caregiving, travel, disabilities, lock-down.
Visual content - relateable examples from everday life.

So when a user is asked 'tell me about your teamwork skills on a Zoom call they will have up to 20 examples saved in their SkillsBank.

Uses:
College or University applications/ Personal Statement, job applications, assessment centres and job interviews.

Benefits Users:
Improved skills confidence and self-awareness will improve interview outcomes.
Skills2Bank can also connect them with employers that believe in BAME, BLM, Disability Inclusiveness and Social Mobility.
