As a coach it improved my ability to record my athletes evaluations in real time. You can also add notes for each criteria which is great. Makes things SOOOOO much easier ### 5/5 — Fantastic Tool *2018-09-21* As an administrator for a Provincial Sport- Softball Saskatchewan, I rely on volunteers to run all our evaluations. I would have issues getting all the results back in a timely manner, plus then being able to read the results and compile them... nightmare. This app enabled me to send out all the information to the evaluators easily and collect the results immediately after each camp. All the results were neatly complied and sending out individual player results on how they did, plus where they compared to the rest of there group was simple and awesome!! When learning to create my own evaluation criteria, it was a little daunting but the administration always got back to me right away and answered all my questions. Once I got it, it was soo easy to create all my evaluation templates!! Love the weighted reports and the easy ability to make any type of teams (equal or tiered). Love this app and all that I can do with it! ### 5/5 — Simple but Versatile *2018-07-18* We are using this app to evaluate our tennis officials. The SkillShark team worked with us to customize templates to suit our specific needs, and these were produced very quickly. The support is excellent, reporting is simple and the interface is easy to use. We are using this at our major events across the county, with plans to expand our use over the coming year to include different officiating roles. How would it know my email if I haven’t created an account yet? **Developer response:** Thank you very much for your comment. Evaluators using the app get a 5 character code to put into the app to save time on account creation. New Admin accounts can be created on the website at www.skillshark.com. We'd be happy to show you why so many coaches use SkillShark to save time and provide GREAT feedback to athletes. ### 5/5 — Love there service!!! *2024-03-13* We have been with other programs for our athlete evaluations. We have been nothing but pleased with SkillShark's services and the timely responce when we have qustions. They have work closely with us on all our question and onboarding training. When we have suggestion on services that could be added, they work hard to get solustion on the platform quickly. The customer service and tools they provide are next level! If you’re looking for a customizable eval this is the app to purchase! Skill shark has really allowed our instructors to provide quality feedback for our players and more importantly to our the players’ parents. From progress reports to rankings, skill shark makes it really simple and easy for our instructors to evaluate - you don’t need to be a tech savvy! If you’re debating don’t! It’s honestly worth it! There was no fumbling with pen and paper and each coach was able to easily and quickly rate and leave comments. The ability to share evaluations with my coaches, trainers has also been incredibly useful for team improvement. I know a lot of push is on tryouts but this is a great app to use for skill evaluations for teams throughout the year and you are able email a very clean breakdown of each players evaluation numbers which the players (and parents) love. This is a true differentiator platform for our program. As a coaching staff we are able to gather all the numbers from the team and see the growth and development of not only the individual but as a team. Our guys are heading into high school so these numbers are going to be able to start to develop their resume for sending out to college coaches. Customer Service is tremendous with this organization, which is rare these days. We run evaluations 3 to 4 times per year and after each evaluation they follow up to see how it went and always ask for feedback. They also follow through with most suggestions if it makes sense or if they can make it happen. I look forward to the next phase of the app and the integrations and partnerships they are currently working to add to the platform! We train athletes on a weekly basis and this app helps keep our trainers on the same page. We can evaluate, take videos, pull and send reports for the athletes and coaches to track progress. What I appreciate most is the support we receive from Skill Shark staff, particularly Adam. These guys always make themselves available to address our needs in a timely manner. Thanks guys!
