It’s functional, but there is plenty of room for improvement. The reading interface is clunky and dark mode is more aspirational than an actual feature. It wastes screen realestate, particularly on form factors like the iPad mini. The interface could definitely be more intuitive.

I love getting this service free from my employer, by two years between updates is too long. You need to 1) fix bookmarks so they actually take you back to the page you were reading, and 2) fix syncing between devices.

Currently, opening a book I was just reading, even on the same device, always opens to page one of the book I’m reading. This is just disappointing.

What a crappy app/website combo this is. Developers must have been drunk when they designed it. Click forgot password and it’s asking me to login.

Work great online. 

Still not work for offline mode even books and courses are downloaded. The app insists to connect to either cellular or Wi-Fi in order to show the downloaded contents. Removed and reinstalled the latest version, disappointed.

Extremely slow even on a very high speed wifi network with a fibre backhaul.

Unusable on cellular. 

Most books I tried can not be downloaded for offline use, so there’s no way to use this app efficiently.

Consistent crashing at the end of each test. Making it difficult to complete your test and getting stuck and frustrated on every video.
