## What is SkillsRX?

SkillsRX is the gymnastics coach CrossFit athletes have been missing.

Most CrossFitters plateau on bar muscle-ups, handstand push-ups, and toes-to-bar not because they lack the strength — but because they're missing the progressions. Generic apps don't speak CrossFit language. Generic CrossFit programming assumes you already own these skills. SkillsRX closes the gap.

Six skill paths
- Pull-ups (strict → kipping → butterfly → chest-to-bar)
- Bar muscle-ups
- Ring muscle-ups
- Handstands
- Handstand push-ups
- Toes-to-bar

Adapts to you, automatically after each session, rate it Too Easy, Just Right, or Too Hard. The algorithm adjusts your next session instantly — scaling up when you're flying, dialling back when you're grinding. No manual tinkering required.

Sessions built for CrossFitters
Sessions drop into your normal CrossFit week, not replace it. Four to six exercises, video demos for every movement,
and coaching cues with common fault fixes on every card.

Earn every level-up
You don't advance by just showing up. When the system thinks you're ready, it asks you to confirm you can hit a specific standard. Pass it and you move up. This keeps your programme honest and your progress real.

Prevents overtraining
Log your WOD before each session and SkillsRX spots overlap with today's training — protecting your joints and making sure you're building, not breaking.

Track everything
See your level, streak, and session history across every skill path. Watch your levels move as the work pays off.
