The app developers remove money directly from the subscriber’s bank account, and not via Apple or the AppStore. After highlighting my issue, I received an excellent response from Olha in customer services who took the time to sort things out. I therefore had to end my subscription. I got in a bit of a muddle when doing this and emailed the support team to help sort it out. Lisbeth on the support team dealt with my issue and she was excellent. Her contact was prompt and her instructions concise and understandable. Let us be able to tap and hold on the note we need to hear once more instead of making us exit out of the exercise. I have a very difficult time remembering how the note sounds that I’m trying to practice.
