You have to unlock your phone, open the app and take the photos via the customer’s profile. At first they’ll make the upgrade an add on but when no one wants to pay extra for it they’ll just raise your price an tell you that add on is included. They’ve double the price twice in the last few years. Don’t get started with them is my advice. They started out being run by real pool guys but that’s no longer the case and as a customer I feel that. ### 1/5 — Always Doubles Jobs! *2026-03-25, version 12.11* I use two devices. My cell is marked as my primary device in the app and my tablet is secondary, not marked as primary device. It almost ALWAYS doubles my route stops. It looks so messy and is very frustrating to not be able to tell how many jobs I actually have left and it ruins what order my jobs are in. There is no way syncing from any amount of different devices or anything should cause loss of completion on any stops. The fact that you guys are unable to prevent half of a days completed work from being completely erased is insane. Do better. This is a glitch I and my techs have experienced so many times that I’m sick of it.
