I cannot wait to show my friends… ### 4/5 — Best I found *2024-06-20, version 4.20* This is the best app I found in the App Store for Minecraft skin editing (besides a favourite I used to have in the past that got taken down). It has everything you need for creating a skin. You can edit in 2D or 3D with a show/hide accessories button and show/hide grid. Other apps didn’t have the ability to import skins by image or the ability to edit faces that aren’t seen on the outside. This app has those features, so that’s handy. One thing though: I ran into a temporary problem, which was saving the full skin as an image that worked. It seemed to be saving as a non-transparent image? The accessories were missing and the colour of the face looked off when it was used in the game. When I imported that same faulty image into the app itself, the skin was all shades of white except for the accessories. I’m not sure what the problem was exactly, but after a few tries I saved the skin as an image that worked. Also, not related specifically to my review or the app itself, but I noticed a really raged and angry review about the app crashing on a user? I wouldn’t blame the app itself for that specifically because it can be the device’s fault, like it might be old or there might not be much device storage left, or it had to be restarted because of an overwhelming amount of device data without a break. I kind of felt bad for the app creators seeing that review. The reviewer shouldn’t take their anger and frustration out on the creators like that, especially when it’s not certain it’s the app’s fault. Then again the reviewer likely might’ve been really young.
