タイトル通りのスペックですが、新規登録・ログイン共にできません。

登録時エラーコード:E202-208
ログイン時エラーコード: E202-142

社用携帯のiOS17.1.2のiPhone14では登録・ログインできたので最新iOSバージョンに対応していないのかな？
ご対応のほどよろしくお願いします。
