### 5/5 — I Feel So Seen

*2025-11-12*

This is truly everything I’ve wanted from an app for my picking habit. It’s so hard to keep track of it on your own, I feel like I now have an accountability buddy in my pocket. The Practices section is something I particularly appreciate. I hope for an Apple Watch version in the future for quick logging.

**Developer response:** Wow, thank you so much for your thoughtful review! I’m really glad to hear the app is helpful and that the Practices section stands out for you. An Apple Watch integration is a fantastic suggestion, I'll definitely add this to my backlog. Thanks again for your feedback and support!

### 1/5 — Subscription required

*2026-03-04*

I did the entire survey just to have to choose a subscription at the end. Such a waste of my time before bed.

**Developer response:** Hi, this is not true! You can absolutely continue for free after the customisation - Linus

### 3/5 — So far so good

*2026-06-18*

I went for the free trial/subscription because I thought I needed it for the widget on my phone Home Screen. But the widget is kinda useless tbh. I was hoping it would be more interactive. Like it would be encouraging to see how many days since an episode happened on my Home Screen instead of “I picked” on a color block. I got this app because I wanted to track my habit more closely. I like the progress feature and that you can upload photos. All of it seems really good. Just bummed because I wanted an informative widget 😅

**Developer response:** Thank you for the valuable feedback! Fortunately there is already a widget for seeing how many days since an episode happened! It is after the picked and resisted widgets :) I do however agree the wdigets could be even better! I'm adding a goal widget and more for next release. Thank you! - Linus

### 4/5 — Helps build awareness

*2026-03-12, version 2.5.0*

New to using this app and finding it helpful for building awareness of my patterns. The habit retaining course is great. There are a few glitches in the logging, such as customised log options not showing up even when turned on and the text box disappearing beneath the keypad so you can’t see what you’re typing. But other than that, I’m finding it very useful.

### 5/5 — Extremely helpful!

*2026-07-09*

I didn’t realize how helpful this app would be for me! It’s not just tracking pick-free days, it’s guided learning and recognizing your own patterns and tendencies. The modules were basically speaking to my soul, exposing every obsessive thought I’ve had to justify my picking. It was extremely validating! The tracking graphs and pre-made options for triggers and environments where you pick were also a great feature and allowed me to focus only on tracking and logging and not coming up with all the details and planning. I have not picked for 17 days and I cannot express what a huge deal that is for me. I have picked for as long as I remember. I hadn’t been able to do more than 1 or 2 days pick-free before. Thank you very much for this thoughtful app!!

**Developer response:** Wooow thank you for such a lovely detailed review! Super super glad you find the modules and exercises helpful, I've put a lot of thought into those. And big congrats on the pick-free streak! You are amazing :)) - Linus

### 5/5 — Really Good but Buggy

*2026-03-21*

This app is so good for logging which is so helpful for skin picking. The other tools like journaling and photo progress seem great but there are just some issues with not being able to scroll the journal page entry or progress photo entry failing to save. The design is great though, so just hoping the software engineers are faithful to fix these bugs.

**Developer response:** Thank you for the valuable feedback and kind review! I agree with your very fair critique, and I'm glad to say the journaling, progress photos and typing have all been sorted since!! Thank you! - Linus

### 5/5 — Best free skin picking app

*2026-01-30*

I love this app. I find it a lot easier to use than something like I am sober. The developer also accepts feedback and actually implements suggestions. Really good for tracking skin picking without feeling guilt or shame

**Developer response:** Thanks!! Such an amazing review and I'm happy for any suggestions, they help improve the app for everyone :)

### 5/5 — Best app I’ve found

*2026-01-22*

I’m new to this app but it’s already better than other expensive solutions I’ve tried. The design is soothing and the techniques are already helping. The community is also kind and supportive.

**Developer response:** Wow thank you!! That means a lot, very happy to hear you have found the community and techniques helpful

### 5/5 — We need more apps like this!

*2026-01-12*

I got this app for my trichotillomania, and it everything I’ve needed to help me break the habit. Many treatment options are expensive or inconvenient, but this app gives me everything I need to break the habit, even without the subscription! I also love the aesthetic and UI. It’s a small detail, but it made a huge difference for me!
Anyway, this app is amazing and there should be more like it. It is effective, informative, and intuitive. I will definitely tell my therapist to share this to their other patients! Thank you so much for making it!

Suggestion:
The pop and release tool is very helpful for skin picking, but maybe there could be an alternate version for trich!

**Developer response:** What a fantastic and kind review!! Super happy you like the features, feeling grateful it's been of help! I have since added new exercises I hope you find useful for trich! - Linus

The pop and release tool is very helpful for skin picking, but it might be even more useful if it had a vibration haptic or a separate version for trich!

### 5/5 — Godsend for dermitillomania

*2025-12-03*

I have been picking my skin for as long as I can remember. I have been searching for tracking tools to help me be aware of episodes and nothing existed until this app. The creator clearly put a lot of effort into the information and coping tools that exist within it. I have been logging for a week and have achieved two streaks of 2-3 pick-free days, which is a lot for me! I am already seeing patterns that I hadn’t noticed before. I love the ability to export data to my therapist. 10/10 recommend!

**Developer response:** I love to hear it! Thank you so much for such a thoughtful and kind review. So glad it's ben helpful in finding patterns and dealing with urges. And congrats on the pick-free streak! - Linus

### 5/5 — Absolutely Phenomenal

This has been so helpful with finding patterns in my picking, and providing me coping mechanisms during urges that I’ve utilized multiple times. Would highly recommend checking this out if you struggle with excoriation disorder or something similar, it’s been a real lifeline.

**Developer response:** Very glad to hear you find both the insights and coping mechanisms helpful! I've got even more improvements planned for the coping mechanisms too very soon. Thank you so so much for taking the time to share!
