We've identified that only some users are experiencing this bug, which has made it challenging to catch. However, we believe it is fixed in our latest version, 4.8, released today. Best, The Skincare Routine Tracker Team ### 3/5 — Appreciate the Simplicity, But Wouldn’t Recommend the App *2025-07-02, version 4.14* I selected this app because it didn’t have unnecessary extras (such as a social component) but it’s frustrating when I experience issues with being able to use the app, despite paying for a subscription. Last summer (2024) I couldn’t use the app while I was out of town because the app didn’t support use in other time zones. The issue was resolved at the time, but I experienced the issue again two days ago while I was out of town. You now have to select your original time zone to resolve the issue. The issue is random because I have been out of town several times within the last year, but didn’t have a problem during any of my other trips. A month ago after cancelling my annual subscription, and paying for a lifetime subscription, I had to reach out to the developer because the app was not acknowledging my subscription (after a few days of it working just fine). The issue was resolved at the time, but I experienced the issue again yesterday, and it has not yet been resolved. I received a response back from the developer stating that “this happens sometimes when Apple's purchase servers are temporarily unable to verify subscriptions.” Outside of needing to restore purchases when I switch devices, I have never experienced an app not acknowledging my subscription. Nor have I ever heard of the explanation they provided. They advised that the issue would likely resolve itself, but if not they recommend I reach out to Apple Support to have them take a closer look at my account. It doesn’t feel reasonable for an app with a paid subscription to have such basic functionality issues ($3.99 monthly, $21.99 annually, or $49.99 lifetime - all pretax). And at this point, absolving themselves of any responsibility to resolve the issue I am currently experiencing. ### 3/5 — Good, but has some issues *2025-04-06, version 4.14* Okay, so I was just adding my routine and then it gave me a pop-up that said it gave me a free trial. I do not want a free trial and I do not want to pay for anything in this app so I deleted it. I would have probably loved this app but I got scared. ### 3/5 — Very good!! but has come glitches *2024-08-27, version 4.10* It is great!! But, what kept me most motivated to not miss my skin care routine in any day, was my streak score. When I first started using the app I had a 5 day streak, but when I selected my 6th day as completed, the streak went back to 1!! The streak hasn’t gone up again ever since. The streak is what I found best about the app, hope the problem is fixed. Besides that, this app is a 10/10 ### 3/5 — Lagging *2024-07-22, version 4.7* Don’t get me wrong this app has phenomenal potential. I opened it thinking I could easily enter everything in and I added my brand and boom it froze. Like I couldn’t even press back. So I thought I should try again. And it happens again. After 10 minutes of being frustrated and aggressively tapping my phone I gave up and deleted the app. No hate towards this app maybe my phone was just not having it. Thank you for reading and I hope you have an amazing experience with this app! ### 3/5 — Like it, but not a lot of my products. *2024-05-19, version 4.2* I like the app, and what it does, but it just doesn’t have a lot of my products. I use some of the same products as my teen like Bubble, Super goop, Peach and Lily, Byoma, and Drunk Elephant and they had almost nothing from any of those brands. I think that it would be better if they had those products. And I know I can add those products, but that’s a lot to add. ### 5/5 — Great app for skincare tracking and reminding *2025-04-20, version 4.14* Been using for a week now and it has proven to be very helpful. I highly recommend you download it if you’ve been struggling to keep your skincare consistent. ### 5/5 — love this app so much *2024-09-01, version 4.11* since my skin has gotten worse i wanted a way to track when i use certain routines and how my skin looks during them. i thought i had to track it all myself in my notes and clutter up my storage but this app literally does it all for me!! it’s so easy to set up your routines and you can add custom products or products that aren’t in their product list. i love being able to take pictures and track how my skin looks without cluttering my camera roll. literally the best little skincare journal im so happy i found this app ### 5/5 — Had issues but the developer reached out! *2024-07-26, version 4.8* The developer offered a month trial and explained a new version of their app was released that would fix the previous issues.
