## What is Skinclock?

Your skin's clock against the sun.

Free: the live UV index, today's and tomorrow's curve, your burn time with SPF, sun sessions with reapply reminders and a morning brief.

• How strong the sun is right now, where you are.
• Private: your location is rounded on your device before it's used.
• Your sunscreens: Water resistance sets your reapply timer. Expiry dates remind you before a bottle turns.
• Advice that fits the weather: the sky on screen follows real clouds and rain, and so does what Skinclock tells you.
• Minutes, not percentages: see how long you can stay out with no sunscreen, or with SPF 15, 30 or 50+, before today's sun burns you.
• Sunbathing plan: it ends halfway to a sunburn and reminds you to turn over.
• Siri & Shortcuts: What's the UV? · Start a sun session · I reapplied

Skinclock Pro
• Family & friends: a skin clock for everyone, kids included
• Live countdown on the lock screen during a session
• Unlimited places, a 10-day outlook and a trip planner
• Vitamin D estimate that never exceeds your safe time
• Home-screen widgets and smart UV alerts
• Connect Apple Health: Reads your time in daylight. Saves each sun session as time in daylight and UV exposure.
• Apple Watch: UV now, your burn time and "I reapplied" on your wrist, plus watch face complications
Pro is monthly, yearly with a 3-day free trial, or a one-time lifetime unlock. No ads, no account.

Privacy
No account, no ads, no tracking. Your location is used only while the app is open and is rounded to a 7 mi grid on your device before the forecast is requested. People, sessions and settings stay on this device.

Not medical advice
Skinclock gives estimates for everyday sun safety. It is not a medical device and not medical advice. Clouds, altitude, reflection, medication and your own skin all change how fast you burn. Keep babies under six months out of direct sun. If you have a skin condition, ask a doctor.
Sunbathing mode is for adults only. It gives an estimate, not a guarantee: any UV exposure can damage skin and raise the risk of skin cancer. Skinclock does not promote tanning.
