## What is SkinForge?

One photo. One sentence. A whole new home screen.

SkinForge turns a picture or a few words into a complete, coordinated iPhone theme — wallpaper, app icons and widgets that finally match. Everything runs on Apple Intelligence: privately on your device or on Apple's Private Cloud Compute. No third-party AI, no account, nothing to sign up for.

• Say it or show it — type "cozy autumn morning" or drop in a photo, and a full theme comes back in seconds
• Wallpaper, icons and widgets as one set — a single palette and mood across your whole home screen, with step-by-step guides to set it up
• 16 hand-tuned styles — Dreamy, Cozy Cream, Vintage Film, Watercolor, Cyber Neon, Ink Wash, Aurora and more
• Daily Inspiration — a fresh idea waiting on your home screen. Tap the widget and it generates in one go
• Theme history — every theme you make is saved, so you can bring a favourite back anytime
• Share the glow-up — export a before/after card for TikTok, Instagram or Messages
• Private by design — generation runs on Apple Intelligence; your photos never leave Apple's custody

Upgrade to Pro for unlimited themes, watermark-free HD exports, all 16 styles and 13 exclusive theme packs, and a brand-new inspiration every day.

SkinForge speaks English, 简体中文, Deutsch, Français, Español, Dansk, עברית, 日本語 and 한국어.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.1.4 — 2026-09-24

Fixes and polish in this release.

  • Share cards render their color gradients correctly — palettes with only two colors no longer come out mismatched
  • Tapping the Daily Inspiration widget no longer cuts your theme description short
  • Saving now tells you when something goes wrong — if photo access is denied, the app says so instead of doing nothing
  • Your free daily generations and the Pro daily inspiration are now counted accurately
  • Theme history keeps your 50 most recent themes, and saving no longer blocks the app
  • Clearer subscription terms on the upgrade screen

### 1.1.3 — 2026-09-15

A generation upgrade, plus a more polished experience everywhere.

• Daily Inspiration, refreshed — every idea now pulls a different creative direction (scene, palette and light), so it rarely repeats itself
• Pick your inspiration engine — generate on-device, or with Apple Private Cloud Compute (PCC), Apple's own private servers. Never third-party AI
• Tap an inspiration to generate it instantly — one tap instead of two
• Now in Spanish — SkinForge speaks 9 languages, and theme pack names are translated too
• New large Daily Inspiration widget for your home screen
• Apple Intelligence diagnostics in Settings, so you can check your device's generation status at a glance
• Smoother on big screens and foldables — layout now adapts to real screen width
• Behind the scenes: migrated to the latest Image Playground, and fixed Retry handling

Generation runs on Apple Intelligence — on your device and on Apple's Private Cloud Compute — so your photos never leave Apple's custody.

### 1.1.2 — 2026-09-12

Improvements in this version:
• Daily inspiration is now one tap away — tap the card to generate it instantly.
• Fixed retry logic when AI-generated inspiration fails.
• Localized theme pack names in all 6 languages.
Minor bug fixes and polish.

### 1.1.0 — 2026-09-01

New in this version: premium styles and theme packs, an elegant style picker, and full localization.

### 1.0.2 — 2026-08-15

Fixes
- Fixed invisible text in the input field — after tapping "Today's Inspiration," the text now stays clearly visible while editing
- Fixed long text not wrapping — the input now supports proper multiline editing
- Fixed AI-generated images often showing a phone/mockup frame — generated images are now cleaner and more true to the aesthetic
Improvements
- Refined generation prompts so themes better match the mood and style you describe
