Love love skinnydip clothes and accessories but app is really annoying as you cant filter for size on any clothing category so it makes finding items you want pointless because half the stuff you click on isnt then in your size

I love SD designs so much. I prefer to buy directly from them as other vendors will inevitably only have a few of the designs and it’s so much easier to go through them all on an an app for me rather than having 20+ browser tabs open. The app is intuitive & easy to use. Transaction was seamless with Apple Pay. And I love that I can favourite things until I can save up & afford them because I literally want to buy everything they sell! Their phone cases in particular are great, I only ever buy mine from them & the quality is great. So happy about this app.

To actually send an inquiry or “chat” to someone, you need to go to faq, run a search then you get to send a message. Here you can send a personal query or complaint with attachments but there’s something wrong because you click to attach photos and there’s no “done” button to go back to your query page to finish and submit your query. A bit pointless. And customer services are very slow. Waiting for my refund a month after sending items back
