Even though I cancelled before my prescription shipped. Once you give them your card number, you can’t erase it. Also the oral semaglutide is garbage, I don’t know a single person who has lost weight with it. 6 months and nothing and I have rearranged my lifestyle, I quit drinking, I eat low carb and Whole Foods. I went from a one month bundle to a four month to save $ now that I had experienced no side effects. I updated/changed to a four month bundle & the app is useless now as I can’t finish tracking my progress because it “cancels” the original one month subscription (even though I’m in week two) and the new four week bundle hasn’t been approved yet. Sloppy! Tell your developers to fix all your glitches. You shouldn’t lose all your med tracking for simply upgrading!!! **Developer response:** We’re sorry you ran into issues after updating your bundle. Your medication intake tracking should never feel “reset” or blocked because of a plan change. We’re looking into this flow and working on improvements to prevent it going forward. ### 1/5 — No sense of empathy! No help! *2025-08-26* I do it for 2 months until I develop an intense allergy to it. I ask before they deliver again to please cancel my subscription and still deduct $315 dollars to my bank account without letting me know and after a huge amount of calls and emails begging to cancel my subscription and please get my money back before they deliver to me. They took the money , reply to cancel but still they reply they can’t give me the money back. I literally feel robbed. Not only the product is like doesn’t work at all for me but they still accessing to my bank account to keep taking money. This people don’t lessen and the no sense of empathy is overwhelming and frustrating. Think twice before you commit to agreed to paid this brand. This was nightmare for me. I regretted 100 % ### 2/5 — Extremely Spare *2025-08-24* You can't track workouts. I don't need to buy why are you advertising it? As far as I can tell, it only lets you update your weight and see your basic prescription info. Also, it never asks you to choose a password or use fingerprint, so if I haven't opened it in a few days, I have to enter my email and be sent a one time code. Every time! I was also a little bit afraid that the medicine would make me feel nauseous. That hasn’t happened either. Both of those are good and keep me using the product. But I’m not losing weight like I thought I would. My hunger pains are a little less than they were before, but the pounds aren’t coming off like I wanted.
