Game will not allow you to move a card. 
Can,t play a card or lift a card or discard one.  Using a apples pencil or your worked for a few hours. Next day quit working completely other than it will load a new game from Home Page. Had not worked   for many many days and no update available in App Storec.  What a bummer.
