I submitted for grants and never received anything.  I tried both writing out my own responses as well as using their Ai services and neither worked.  Then, when I had canceled my subscription, I was charged again because it auto renewed. I sent an email asking to be refunded the same week I had been charged but they refused because it had been “over 48 hours” since the payment processed.  I hadn’t even used it in the last year.

Skip subs was canc3lled prior to renewal date .  Site is trying to take funds that are not going to be paid.  Continued attempts are wrong and fraudulent.  
I will fill small claims suit to recover damages if necessary.

Skip has been a life-changing experience for me. This is done things. I never thought I would be able to do when it came to my business if it wasn’t for Skip I’m pretty sure that my business would be doing like a lot of the other ones around me and closing down or being mismanaged or ran by someone else, but they are very intelligent with a small business owner needs to be a productive small business owner.
