### 2/5 — Signature Bug Erases Completed Deliveries

Writing this as a customer who watched a driver get stuck in your ID verification flow. 

First, the driver was excellent. They were patient, apologetic about a delay that was not theirs to cause, and clearly knew the app well enough to work around it. None of what follows is on them, and I would hate for a failed delivery record to reflect badly on someone who did everything right. 

The scanner took several attempts to read my license, and once it finally went through, the signature screen froze. Not slow, just frozen. The driver had to back all the way out, which erased the completed scan, and start the entire delivery over from the beginning, including scanning my ID a second time. It added a long, awkward delay at my door. 

The driver told me they had been through this before and had not been paid for a delivery they actually completed, because the app never registered it. I cannot verify that end of it, but I can verify the delivery happened and that the app clearly failed to record it cleanly. 

From the outside, this looks like the signature submit is waiting on the ID upload to finish, with no timeout and no retry. Please save each completed step locally, let the signature capture the work offline, and queue the upload to retry in the background. When a completed delivery can vanish because of a hung network call, that is not a UI annoyance; that is someone’s pay.

On demand delivery app with daily pay and work available during the day and at night. Good delivery partners, 7-11, Lowe’s, Tso Chinese, and Ez Cater. Great perks free food at Tso every 10 deliveries and $50 a month in your 711 wallet to spend.

Makes it impossible to do your job correctly and complete assigned deliveries as a driver, constantly forcing your completion rates down if you wish to accept the bigger future orders. Has potential but the support is inconsistent and many app issues as a driver.
