So I used my iPhone instead. It stayed signed in on the iPhone but now, I have to sign in every single time again PLUS it now gives me an error message that “something went wrong” and I can’t respond to my clients now. For $40 a month, the content and intentions are great but if it doesn’t work when I need it, $40 is not worth it! Please fix this! ### 2/5 — Scrabbled! *2021-07-16, version 3.3.3* Text messages are going out scrambled. It was working great but now I’m worried customers will get a scrabbled text message. ### 3/5 — What’s with the pictures? *2021-06-01, version 3.3.2* I loved this app in the beginning. Suddenly I can’t get my photo library to open properly on this app to send my monthly promotions. It’s the main reason I use this app. ### 2/5 — Very buggy *2020-05-28, version 3.1.1* Can’t carry a back and forth conversation without having to constantly restart the app. New messages won’t appear without manually refreshing (which doesn’t work most of the time) and getting back to the main screen becomes impossible sometimes. I have to use the desktop version to make this happen. ### 2/5 — Pretty Much Useless as a mobile App *2019-12-09, version 3.0.1* The previous version had tons more functionality before this current version. They took away: -Ability to call a contact from within the app -Ability to text a contact from within the app -Search for contact by name returns ‘zilch’. There are work-arounds to achieve the above but takes too many steps. It’s as if they didn’t ask for customer feedback for what features to keep or remove before the most recent update. ### 3/5 — Crashes constantly *2019-11-26, version 3.0.1* While the new features are nice and much overdue, my excitement is overshadowed by the fact that the app crashes every. Single. Time. I try to use it. I’m tired of seeing “sorry. Something went wrong 😵” every time I try to navigate to a different page. ### 3/5 — I was much happier with the previous version *2019-11-14, version 3.0.1* I am SO displeased with this newer “improved” version of the app. It no longer works in portrait on my ipad, the entire messages on my iPhone aren’t visible for hours when I’m IN the message, but when I’m on the screen with the listing of messages, I can see what the message says....some of it. Some of the “upgrades” are less user friendly, take more steps to edit a group of people you’ve scheduled a message to go out to, and some tasks take longer to complete than they did before. I’M. NOT. HAPPY. ### 3/5 — Buggy app *2019-11-06, version 3.0.1* Sad to see the upgrade was just cosmetic. App still has some catastrophic bugs. It quits unexpectantly. Incoming messages never show or load, and out going messages don’t get sent out. I just use desktop and use the app to alert me to incoming messages. They got rid of the mechanism to report issues, which before didn’t event work, so I had to report these issues here. ### 3/5 — ???? *2019-11-04, version 3.0.1* How do I log in ??? ### 3/5 — Can’t see! *2019-10-20, version 2.2.0* Big issue! Can’t see some messages. White font on white background. Also error comes up on Report a Glitch. ### 3/5 — The app isn’t the best *2019-10-11, version 2.2.0* I’ve been using Skipio for a couple years now and like the desktop version but the app is less then desirable. Most the times I don’t get notifications that a new text has come in ### 4/5 — Mobile is slow to sync *2018-12-04, version 1.4.1* I must be doing something wrong. I cannot rely on my mobile because it’s not synced with my desktop. I love the desktop- still need to learn more around it but the support is great in answering my questions. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Trouble, with no support *2021-09-03, version 3.3.3* The forwarding doesn’t work and many clients complain not getting the scheduled messages. ### 1/5 — Lots of problems *2021-04-21, version 3.3.2* No landscape mode on ipad, makes it impossible to use an external apple keyboard. On safari, the web version did not code in the ability to hit “send” . The button just doesn’t exist. On Chrome the web version consistently kicks you out or disables you from logging in at all. More hassle than it’s worth, I’d move on to a competitor that has already solved these simple issues. ### 1/5 — Not very good *2021-03-06, version 3.3.1* It’s pretty buggy and plus their cheapest plan is $100 a month just for texting. It’s not worth it at all! I don’t understand their high reviews...kind of fishy. I had their trial for two weeks and it didn’t like it at all ### 1/5 — Garbage *2020-06-05, version 3.1.1* The free honestly works great, but you have to pay for support? There a frequent bugs with the app freezing or not sending messages. Also, if you upgrade to the premium account then later want to downgrade back to the free account, they have to delete your account. This makes absolutely no sense. On what planet does any other tech service do this? Now if I want my customers to get texts from me, they have to save a new phone number. Screw skipio. Honestly worst customer experience I’ve ever experienced. ### 1/5 — Crashes daily *2020-01-15, version 3.0.1* No solution to the crashing app! A lot of users experiencing issue. I wish they would get their act together and make an app that actually WORKS on a phone. We don’t get notifications on any of our mobile devices. There’s no character count to know if you’re under/over the limit. If it’s over, it doesn’t tell you, it just doesn’t send. The messages aren’t showing up in real time, lots of delay. We’re constantly replying to older messages instead of the most recent. No way to call the person?? HUGE step backwards. Working for a company that sells somewhat larger dollar value items/subscriptions, one sale makes a big difference for myself and everybody on my team. I was shocked at just how quickly Skipio helped us to make a few more sales that (if I’m honest with myself) I probably wouldn’t have made on my own! Automations took a minute to get a hang of but it’s all quite user friendly and I love the amount of featured I can implement: groups, unlimited automated texts, resource center, etc. ### 5/5 — So great! *2020-07-16, version 3.1.1* I normally use the Skipio app on my computer but I love that there is also an app so that I can send and reply to messages in a pinch from my phone when I’m not at my desk!
