我买了跳绳，下载了这个App，注册的时候填好邮箱和密码，一点击注册按钮后，中间出现加载的小圆，转了一会儿小圆就消失了，还是停在注册这个画面，再点击还是一样，根本注册不了，点击反馈意见也是反馈失败，什么鬼？？？

Love the jump rope and the ability to count and record the jumps but the I can no longer lets me go back and check so I can see my progress.

In the middle of my workout the app tells me I need to log in again. It won’t let me in. The option is to request a code and that keeps failing too - no customer support just a ridiculous feedback box. Meanwhile I’m unable to work out with this app and I have lost access to my workout data until I get a response -

My wife got me the Morplot Smart Jump Rope as a gift because I once talked about how I liked jump ropes for fitness. The rope requested the skip joy app. I had small expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised. Both work perfectly together. I had so much fun that my wife tried as well (she is actually much better than me). We liked it, so much that we got a second rope immediately. You can have one rope for two apps but our height is so different that we wanted two ropes. Absolute recommendation!!! App and equipment are superb!

The jump Rope is great, & so is the app but can you please ADD where the app can sync to the Apple Health App or Garmin  App, or even any of the Health & wellness apps. If you do this then it will truly be a smart jump rope since many people sync all activities of eating, working out & using their smart scales to calculate everything for Fitness nowadays.
