Mon seul problème est que je ne peux écrire directement un message pour le support. I didn't expect too much.. but it all worked out. roice upload process was easy, bit fiddly removing the the items I didn't want to claim 1. 1 could easily add additional invoices. The bar code was generated, already to go at the ). I was travelling by Ferry, the PABLO are in the DOUANES office - easy to find and sted. Scanning... you need to turn brightness up (as per instructions) .. the only heart in 1 was the scan.. go a green tick.. then confusing messages on the screen about keeping rm safe... there is no form and it took a few minute for skiptax to registed the scan.... but So, green tick... walk out and wait! I received my refund 24 hours later - great service - l will be using again! ### 3/5 — Rapide mais attention aux frais *2026-01-17, version 5.23* Certes il rembourse plus rapidement que les autres mais les remboursements se font avec frais alors qu’ils ont déjà pris 20% de la tva. Apparemment seul les virements sur compte français sont sans frais. They don’t tell you this. Paper worked better when I received these from other businesses. DON’T USE This app if you want money back. Una situación ridícula, mando la foto de mi DNI y mi certificado de residente de las Islas Canarias y como la app no reconoce que es un pasaporte me deniegan la devolución. Lo peor es que la aduana francesa ya autorizó la devolución de los impuestos. ### 1/5 — Ne marche pas *2025-10-26, version 5.23* Tout rempli, le code barre toujours pas disponible une demi journée plus tard, du coup détaxe ratée…. Et support injoignable un dimanche. ### 1/5 — Not worth it *2025-10-21, version 5.23* Once you’ve completed all the steps - picture of passport, selfie and entered all your confidential information, you then have the hassle of asking the merchants to make out your invoice to Skiptax. That took a lot of time, while merchants figured out what they needed to do. Skiptax aren’t clear on what you can and can’t claim tax back on. Then once you do all of that and upload your invoices, they charge you a substantial portion of that claim. They’re not transparent with their costs. To give an example, for an invoice of €105 and the tax was £17.50, they stated I could claim £14 back. They then wanted to charge €6.50 so for all that hassle I would have taken away £7.50!! Not for me ### 1/5 — comment se retrouvéer piégé *2025-08-07, version 5.23* L’appli ne fonctionne plus correctement, je je peux plus prendre de selfie, mais je ne peux pas effacer mon compte immédiatement, ni en créer un autre avec le même passeport, ni faire rembourser les factures par un autre prestataire, elle sont au nom de Skiptax. Et bien sûr, pas moyen de joindre quelqu'un au téléphone, par mail ou même avec le chat qui est verrouillé: désastre total ! I even walked out of a store because they refused. I spent so much money in France on souvenirs and arguing at every store was a really annoying and frustrating part of the vacation. Did not bother getting a refund in the end. Wish I had never heard of this.
