It wasn’t perfect: pickups frequently rescheduled, app glitches (fixed now) that sometimes caused my pickup to be canceled. But I was patient, the bottles got picked up and delivered, donation made. It was good. But now after every pickup, I get a bright red “suggestion list” of all the things I’m suddenly doing wrong. First they were too heavy, now they’re too far (behind the gate); I should write on masking tape instead of taping on my printed labels. I should change my phone alerts and ringer so I can be there to hand the bags to the driver. This is getting ridiculous and insulting. **Developer response:** Hello Sillymama2, thanks for the review. They are consistently on time. Their drivers are extremely kind and respectful. It’s a great service; where customers have their bottles picked up, recycled, and the proceeds to a charity of their choice. It seems there’s a disconnect from the notes and what the driver sees. I even spoke with the support team & he ensured me he’ll mark us down for that pickup time, but the driver still arrived at 9AM.
