My screen doesn’t look like this, there is no menu at the bottom and hence no “more” to click on. I have given up on two separate occasions! 😡 ### 2/5 — Downgraded *2026-08-07, version 1.14.0* This app is a significant backwards step versus the previous one now I can’t go back. Only designed for a phone so iPad view is reduced. Quality of imagery text and layout all poor almost looks fake. ### 1/5 — Obligatory Facial ID *2026-08-05, version 1.14.0* To use this App you must upload a photo of your your Passport or your Driving Licence. Seems very strange to make that in a place that can be accidentally pressed. I don’t need that EVERY time I log in to see my account. So many one star reviews. Don’t download and don’t use it. If I could now go back and use the old one I would. Display is max a fraction of the screen so you can’t see anything that makes sense without scrolling left / right / up / down. Unusable in landscape mode as the screen truncates so badly. What happened to testing? What on earth js your Board thinking allowing this to happen? Massive text, basic font, awful yellow accent colour schemes and use of bold. The transitions to different pages are awful, even the basic boxes seem clunky. The app is now only for iPhone and therefore hovers in the middle of the screen or if expanded does not fit properly. It clearly looks like it’s only been built with iPhones in mind. And the font size is huge - it looks like it’s either been designed for children or people with very poor eyesight. The old app was much better in terms of look and feel.
