## What is Skirl?

Skirl is a pixel art endless runner where you play as a cat dashing through a dark, atmospheric world inspired by Terraria and classic platformers.

One control. One finger. Tap to jump - and keep running.

The world scrolls faster as you go. Gaps appear in the ground. Spikes rise from the earth. Slimes patrol the platforms. Bats swoop from the darkness. Coins float above the ground, waiting to be grabbed. Every run is different. Every death teaches you something.

HOW FAR CAN YOU GO?
- Tap to jump, double-tap for a double jump
- Dodge spikes, slimes and bats
- Collect coins and power-ups: shield, gem magnet, score multiplier
- Watch your speed increase the further you run
- Beat your personal best and chase the high score

REVIVE AND KEEP RUNNING
Died? You get 3 free revivals per session - spend your coins to continue from where you left off. Or watch a short ad to revive for free. No pressure, no forced ads during gameplay.

PIXEL ART DONE RIGHT
Flat pixel art with layered parallax backgrounds - sky, mountains, trees, ground - all scrolling at different speeds for real depth. No fake 3D. No gloss. Pure retro feel with a dark, moody atmosphere.

PLAY ANYWHERE
Skirl works fully offline. No internet required, no account needed, no server. Just open and play.
