Doesn’t give any relevant info on daily snow fall or lift status. All it does is show mountain cams. ### 3/5 — Useful but lacks accuracy *2021-03-09* I usually use apps like these to compare my stats with the previous ones, but Skitude recently started showing the estimate of your max speed in order to eliminate competitions between skiers, despite the fact that you subscribe to premium, it still doesn’t show the exact number of your max speed both on and off the map, Ski Pursuit by Rossignol does that though, but apart from all that, it provides 3D mapping of your tracks and other advanced statistics regarding the difficulty of slope and the way you move and speed up in the mountain. **Developer response:** Thank you very much SalarmaF8692 for taking the time to rate the app. All feedback is important to us. I managed to get it to work once and then it kept crashing on startup. Also, considering it is a premium feature, it would be nice to have integration with apple health. At the moment it is not counting cou tu g calories or even exercise minutes. To be honest I am disappointed. ### 2/5 — Released WAY too early - should have done some QA first *2012-03-10* Good idea, but navigation is beyond awful. Thre's no way of adding multiple resorts to favorites. Once you get to the Favorites screen, you are done - no way to navigate from there - gotta leave the app, uninstall, re-install. It needs a better way of organizing resorts in US - yes they are by state, but unless you know all resorts in the states surrounding the one of interest, it's a stupidly long effort to find the one you want. There doesn't seem to be a way to have more that one "favorite" resort, but maybe that's because once you get to the favorite screen, you are stuck there until you uninstall ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Terrible app. Can’t get in *2026-01-04, version 130.0.1625* I e downloaded this app on multiple devices and when it’s time to do the email verification I never get an email. I’ve searched the junk folder and have reached out to the developers to no avail. App is broken ### 1/5 — Horrible Snow Forecast *2025-12-14, version 130.0.1597* For today at Blue Mountain the forecast is 2 mm of rain, however it’s -11C and there has been 15 to 20 cm of snow in the last 6 hours. ### 1/5 — It doesn’t go to your phone *2025-02-21* It wont download to your phone if you use your watch and a waste of battery **Developer response:** Hi Poodlebells72, sorry for the problem! To report an error, first select a ski resort in the application. Once you've chosen the resort, press the gear icon in the top right-hand corner. Then select “Support > Report an error” and provide the details. Make sure the app is up to date. Thank you, we're here for you! ### 1/5 — Why the change? *2024-12-08, version 121.0.1562* I don’t thing this should be promoted as the resort information app. The new version of the app has no useful data to the average skier. Doesn’t have the amount it snowed just says “new snow”. Doesn’t have lift status or terrain status. It also constantly requests your location in you choose not to offer it at the beginning. The app should simply be marketed for either tourists who might get lost or as a ski tracker. ### 1/5 — Unreliable *2023-04-03, version 110.1.1462* This app can’t count ski days, Produces invalid tracts that are not included in the statistics ### 1/5 — Not up front with the cost *2021-02-12* The app is free, but to use it you need to go through sign up with personal information, before you discover using it costs $30 **Developer response:** Hello, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you are not happy about having to register. The reason for having to register is aimed at increasing the customization offered to each user as well as to be able to use the app as a gateway to the different services offered at the resort: discounts, promotions, competitions, etc. Users that want to have more detailed information of their ski days, can pay for the Premium Subscription, but you can use the App without paying nothing. Thanks. ### 1/5 — Buggy, slow, terrible, expensive *2019-04-08, version 70.1.68* I accidentally paid for the subscription for this when trying it out for a demo. It is terrible, particularly since it is completely unreliable. The program regularly crashes, causing your data for the day to be lost. The watch app doesn’t even work well enough to open more than 33% of the time. It almost always crashes on the times that it managed to open. The watch app, on top of being horribly buggy and unreliable, is nothing more than a low feature remote to the phone. Ski Tracks app lets you just use the watch and leave your phone at home or in the car, but not this one. Save yourself the frustration and don’t bother trying this app. ### 1/5 — Inaccurate Info. *2013-12-30* Inaccurate information. Not up to date with the real resort stats you can easily find on their website. Waste of IPhone space. ### 2/5 — No useful info *2025-02-06, version 130.0.1577* Largely useless as there is no grooming report, no snow report (other than “new snow” - no industry standard overnight, 1 day, 7 day reports). This is the 3rd winter that I’ve used it and the only thing that I’ve noticed this season, it records your track as completed “ yesterday”! I think this is due to being in North America, and the app is from Spain... There were a few changes this year, and I’m missing my “top” speed which was fun to see, but otherwise it’s good. ### 4/5 — So much info! *2020-01-17* You can look up almost any resort you want and find tons of information including snow report, lodging and a map of the resort.
