## What is Skoon?

Skoon makes podcast episode curation easy as never before! Share your favourite podcast episodes with listeners around the world directly from your podcast app. Listeners can subscribe to your curations in their podcast client.

Skoon allows you to discover interesting curations from other users! You can search for topics you like or just browse through the curations by category. If you find an interesting curation you can subscribe to this curation in your podcast app.

Use the share option in your podcast app and select Skoon. If the episode can be found on Fyyd you can share it to one of your curations including a comment.

Skoon uses the Fyyd curation service and therefore requires a Fyyd account to work. You can create public and private curations and share them with your friends.

Skoon does support sharing episodes from Pocket Casts, Overcast, Podcat, Apple Podcasts, Castro, Instacast and Safari.

Tolle App. Tut genau das, was sie soll. Super Entwickler der sogar auf Wünsche eingeht. Mittlerweile ist es nämlich möglich: 
Eine Episode kann nun auch direkt zu mehreren Kurationen hinzugefügt werden. 👌

Ich nutze Skoon, um Podcast-Folgen aus der Podcast-App meiner Wahl, mal eben in einen eigen Feed zu packen. Also kuratieren. Solche Feeds teile ich mit Freunden und Bekannten um meine Hörempfehlungen direkt in deren Podcast-Player zu pushen.

Tolle Umsetzung der Idee hinter fyyd, einem Podcastverzeichnis mit vielen Diensten, die das Finden, Teilen und Konsumieren von Podcastepisoden erleichtert. 

Wie geht's? Im Podcatcher die Share-Funktion nutzen und den erstellten Link in Skoon öffnen, wenn das iOS-Gerät fragt, welche App damit geöffnet werden soll.

Großes Tennis und der Beweis, dass die Entwicklung im Bereich Podcasts auch und gerade von unten kommen und nicht von Spotify und Co getrieben werden.
