The Forza 350 is an impressive machine: smooth acceleration, plenty of power for both city riding and open roads, and incredibly comfortable for longer journeys. The storage space under the seat was perfect for a helmet and a day bag, and the adjustable windscreen made a noticeable difference on highway stretches. What really stood out, though, was Skoot’s service. The team was friendly and efficient, offering clear instructions, flexible pickup and return options, and quick communication via WhatsApp. I especially appreciated the digital booking process and how hassle-free everything felt. If you’re looking to rent a premium scooter like the Forza 350, I highly recommend Skoot. It was a completely seamless process, delivered with genuine professionalism and care. From the initial booking to the final collection, everything was smooth and efficient. The scooter was delivered directly to our accommodation, and the handover was quick, clear and reassuring. The deposit was fully protected and the paperwork was straightforward without feeling rushed or careless. It was clear that we were dealing with a company that values both its customers and its reputation. The scooter itself was spotless and in excellent condition, clearly well maintained and ready for the journey ahead. What really stood out, however, was the exceptional service from the team. Not only were they professional and courteous, but they also went out of their way to offer brilliant local recommendations that added so much value to our trip. From quiet beaches to authentic food spots, their advice was spot on. Collection at the end of our rental was equally smooth and punctual, handled with the same level of attention and care. If you are visiting Phuket / Thailand and need a scooter, Skoot should be your first and only choice. DO NOT USE *2024-12-24* Do not use Skoot. They will scam you. They say you didn’t return the bike weeks after you return it. Then try to threaten you for more money. BIG SCAM DO NOT USE THEM **Developer response:** This user abandoned a scooter in another city then attempted to falsify the return to the partner shop with fake photos. Skoot verifies all returns with the partner shop and releases deposits immediately to conclude the rental. The scooter was marked as Lost/Stolen and an investigation was opened with local Thai Police. This case uncovered this user is a convicted criminal in the United States with multiple felony counts for falsifying documents, faking medical credentials and burglary. Skoot is a legitimate business and we will protect our partner shops from criminals. Skoot has tons of bikes to choose from, and the value/prices are very good. I’ve been to Thailand several times and never enjoyed the scooter rental process when doing direct through local rental shops. With Skoot my bike was waiting for me at the airport when I landed and the payment and rental contract details were already sorted through the app so it was super convenient. I had a few requests and support needs during my rental and Skoot customer support was super fast and very helpful! Some of the best customer support I’ve received ever! Skoot ales the whole rental process so much easier, more convenient, and more affordable. I will rent through Skoot for every single trip I have in Thailand going forwards. The app is so easy to use, sourcing partner shops close to where I was and showing me inventory based on what type of bike I was looking for. Once I booked the bike, there was quick and clear communication from the team at Skoot to make sure that I had everything I needed. A quick verification of my identity through the app (photo of my passport and a selfie) and I was good to go. I was even offered free delivery of the bike, and the folks who dropped it off to me were so friendly and kind, offering to stay and make sure that I familiarized myself with all of the settings before leaving.
