Pada tanggal 21 November 2025, saya didatangi oleh 1 orang petugas debt collector yang mengaku dari Skorcard dan membawa surat tugas. Namun selama kunjungan tersebut, petugas melakukan tindakan yang melanggar POJK 6/2022 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen, yaitu:

Meminta masuk ke dalam rumah saya

Mengambil foto bagian rumah tanpa iziin

Meminta saya untuk melakukan pembayaran saat itu juga

Perlu saya tekankan bahwa saya hanya mengalami keterlambatan 16 hari, yang masih dalam kategori DPK / Kolektibilitas 2. Dengan demikian, tindakan penagihan yang agresif dan intimidatif ini sangat tidak proporsional serta bertentangan dengan aturan OJK mengenai etika penagihan.


Saya juga menerima beberapa teror berupa SMS untuk saya melakukan pembayaran hutang. Tagihan yang saya belum bayarkan pada saat itu adalah tagihan dari Scorecard Mayapada. Sehinggga kemungkinan besar ancaman dan intimidasi tersebut adalah berasal dari penagih Scorecard. 

Saya dikirimin dengan 3 nomor yang berbeda dan isinya semua sama . Menyebutkan nama kerabat terdekat saya beserta tempat saya bekerja dan melakukan pengancaman agar saya membayar hutang namun tidak di sebutkan sms tersebut ditagihkan perihal apa.

Dan orang tua saya yang pada saat itu ada dirumah di FOTO oleh debt kolektor tersebut . 

SAYA MEMILIKI BUKTI CCTVNYA! 


Tolong di klarifikasi mengapa hal ini bisa terjadi ??? 

karna untuk keterlembatan 16Hari untuk sekelas Kartu Kredit cara penagihannya TIDAK NORMAL.

- Transaksi kopi kenangan, alfamidi dll harusnya dapat 5% skorpoint malah ga dapat apa2! Yg dapat 5% skorpoint cuman transaksi grab

- Bayar tagihan luar negri ga dapat apa2, ga eligible skorpoin

-Dikasi misi tp pas dikerjain malah ga diitung! Mana ga dapat poin lg, ngerjain i live on the road, transaksi bbm pertama diitung yg kedua ga diitung, pas ditanya ke CS jawaban ga jelas!

- CS pake AI tapi malah jawabannya Halu, ngawur, udah konek ke CS manusia pun ga ada solusi

Saya sangat kecewa dengan proses pengiriman kartu kredit Skorcard saya. Kartu sudah dua kali dikirimkan ke alamat apartemen saya dengan instruksi jelas untuk ditaruh di popbox, namun dua-duanya gagal. Ini sangat membuang waktu dan mengganggu, karena saya harus menunggu kartu yang sudah jelas-jelas saya butuhkan dan sudah ingin saya ambil.
Yang lebih mengecewakan lagi adalah
Saya telah mengalami dua kali kegagalan pengiriman untuk kartu kredit Skorcard saya ke popbox apartemen. Masalah utamanya bukan hanya gagal kirim, tetapi respons yang sangat lambat dan tidak tanggap dari pihak Skorcard dalam menyelesaikan masalah ini.
Sudah dua kali pengiriman gagal, dan saya tidak melihat adanya upaya cepat atau solusi konkrit yang diberikan setelah saya melapor. Kurir yang ditunjuk sepertinya tidak teredukasi dengan baik mengenai mekanisme popbox. Saya butuh kartu segera, tetapi pihak Skorcard tidak menunjukkan sense of urgency atau profesionalisme untuk menindaklanjuti kegagalan yang berulang ini.
Layanan purna jual yang seperti ini sangat mengecewakan dan merusak citra Skorcard. Mohon segera perbaiki sistem pengiriman dan latih staf layanan pelanggan agar dapat memberikan respons yang cepat, solutif, dan profesional.
