I have an older but perfectly functional phone, and sadly now I cannot use this app anymore. Please consider supporting older iOS. ### 4/5 — Wonderful! *2026-03-06, version 3.0.2* One of my favorite apps! Very useful as someone who is a serial globetrotter and I love how the premium features are a one-time cost and not another subscription like we’re so plagued by nowadays. Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is mostly because I feel like the attractions feature is poorly implemented - for example, I’ve been to just the Beijing airport in China for a long layover before, which I could mark under attractions, which I could mark, but then it marks me as having visited China, even though just having a long layover doesn’t really count as a trip to the country itself. So, I just completely ignore the attractions feature and never mark anything for it. There are a few visual glitches here and there, too. Also, as someone who travels in small towns especially in Latin America a lot, some of the displayed city names for more off-the-beaten-path locations are too official and not exactly reflective of their actually used names in real life (like if the Chicago marker said “City of Chicago” instead of just “Chicago”), but neither of those are big deals. Overall, a wonderful app! I got it back in 2023 and immediately go in and update my map whenever I’ve spent some time in a new destination! ### 2/5 — Why does everybody need to sell eSims? *2026-01-14, version 3.0.0* A beautifuly designed app. However, the recent update makes me fairly disappointed. Before, there were three buttons in the main navigation bar: Explore, Map, and Passport. The update added a new button called My eSims which is placed in between Map and Passport. Horrible decision that makes the app more cluttered. The eSims are already available through the Explore button; the additional button in the navigation bar makes it seem that authors are more interested in making money through selling eSims rather than actually solving the reported shortcomings of the app – incorrect spelling of cities in languages that use diacritic characters, the fact that disupted territories are not shown as visited in the shareable map, etc. Time to look for a new travel tracking app I guess… ### 4/5 — Good overall *2026-01-09, version 3.0.0* Good app however counts the UK as 1 country ### 3/5 — Needs more features *2025-12-28, version 2.3.4* I like the look and the basics it does are fine but I should have to pay to mark any countries or states in the United States. The paid version being a one time payment is such a bonus and honestly sooo worth it. I really appreciate how they are constantly updating the app and adding new features which makes it even better. It has made planning trips so much easier with so much info all in one place. I have even got all my friends on it now because it is that good. Super helpful, super organised and genuinely one of my favourite travel apps. At the same time, I can’t update the app without doing so, and without the update the app simply does not work. All of my "Trips" are gone. All "Attractions" that I marked (either as Visited or as Want) are gone. Many of the countries I've marked as "Want to Visit" have been unmarked (and some countries that I unmarked are back to being on my "Want to Visit" list). For one, a social aspect would be cool to compare with friends if you’ve been to the same state city or country. Another thing I’d like to see is compatibility for MacBooks. Having a map on a bigger screen is easier to look at and use.
