Skroutz is a 100% AI-driven company. There are zero humans behind it. What that means if you need customer service is obvious:  there is none. 
Lots of stuff to buy you can find elsewhere if service is important to you.

Better to find an item in Skroutz and then order directly from the vendor.

My default language is set to English but pages are in Greek when returning or cancelling an item. They don’t want returns or cancellations.

Every “upgrade” is just a step backwards.

No humans exist at Skroutz.

App will not allow adding increasing quantity of an item ie going from 1 to 2 or 1 to 3

Better to find an item in Skroutz and then order directly from the vendor.

My default language is set to English but pages are in Greek when returning an item. 

Skroutz does not accept returns. The AI model simply repeats itself with no useful information. 

No humans exist at Skroutz.

Γιατί δεν το πουλάτε στο Amazon να τελειώνουμε; Τραγικό service τραγικό tracking και τραγική εξυπηρέτηση πελατών. Αντί να αποτρέψετε την εξαγορά από την amazon Πριν κάποια χρόνια καλό θα ήταν να πάρετε παραδείγματα από αυτούς ή να τους την είχατε πουλήσει…

In the last couple weeks app opens and quickly becomes unresponsive. Drop down menus won’t open. Scroll doesn’t work.

The App works well and its safe to buy! I Works very well, its speedy, I live in one of the small Cyclades, never had a problem with the condition of the delivery, I’m very happy with the service. From a consumer always better selling rates are welcome, taxes are different from one country to another, research your items well before buying.

Newest version of this app proves it does not work under iOS. Just keeps getting worse with every upgrade.
