There are zero humans behind it. What that means if you need customer service is obvious: there is none. My default language is set to English but pages are in Greek when returning or cancelling an item. They don’t want returns or cancellations. Every “upgrade” is just a step backwards. Useless ### 1/5 — Διάκριση - Discrimination *2024-03-16, version 6.8.1* Η πλατφόρμα Σκρουτζ έχει κλείσει την επιλογή της αντικαταβολής προς εμένα. Είμαι χρήστης - πελάτης της πλατφόρμας για πάνω από 1,5 χρόνο και επίσης συνδρομητικό μέλος για να γλιτώνω μεταφορικά. Έχω ολοκληρώσει δεκάδες παραγγελίες με την κάθε μια να έχει ελάχιστο ποσό €150 με μέγιστο έχω €750. Τις τελευταίες 3 εβδομάδες προσπαθούσα να βρω διάφορα προϊόντα: από αλυσίδες αλυσοπρίονου, μνήμη RAM, υδρόψυξη για pc και άλλα πολλά και να πληρώσω με αντικαταβολή χωρίς επιτυχία. Όλος τυχαίως ένας φίλος έψαξε επίσης και είδε ότι τα ίδια προϊόντα από τον ίδιο πωλητή ήταν διαθέσιμα για αυτόν με αντικαταβολή αλλά όχι για εμένα. Το κοιτάξαμε ξανά και ξανά, έβαλα 2ο αλλά και 3ο φίλο και είχε το ίδιο αποτέλεσμα…διαθέσιμο-α τα προϊόντα για αντικαταβολή για αυτούς αλλά όχι για εμένα. Ίδια προϊόντα - ίδιος πωλητής - ίδια πόλη. Είχα ήδη επικοινωνήσει με την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και άκουσα το ψέμα ότι και καλά τα συγκεκριμένα μαγαζιά δεν δέχονται αντικαταβολή. Έφτασα στο σημείο να επικοινωνήσω και με τα μαγαζιά τηλεφωνικώς για να ενημερωθώ γιατί δεν μπορώ να ολοκληρώσω παραγγελία με αντικαταβολή μέσω Σκρουτζ και με είπαν ότι κανονικά θα μπορούσα και δεν ήξεραν τίποτα. Τα μαγαζιά ήταν παραπάνω από εξυπηρετικά να ολοκληρώσουμε την παραγγελία και τηλεφωνικώς για αντικαταβολή. I gave Skroutz another change but no, whichever shadow company for profit is behind this company now, they are allowed to have the greek market by the neck..,obviously don’t care about customer support as long as they have your money, no humans available, no way to be able to change the locker they threw my package at a totally random, out of my way, super dodgy location, that I sure definitely didn’t choose! What is wrong? I need an option for this, I didn’t choose this, it’s a massive inconvenience! These people do more harm than good! My time is precious! ——- older review that I won’t delete below ——— This service is full of low rate shops that make a lot of money selling you damaged or low quality products. I have never felt like being robbed by an online shop like when shopping at Skroutz. ( I have been on amazon before anyone really, eons ago) The price is different when you actually click on the page? what gives skroutz? They sent a damaged or low quality product, then- following your complain -the next day or two they sent another damaged product to make good on their word for the damaged product they sent you and that product is worst than the previous one! You just lost your money, because they become arrogant on the phone ( the seller) - if you call them!! Additionally, when you leave constructive feedback Skroutz blocks it!! Total scam! Skroutz should take responsibility for the fraud that's happening on their platform! They make it so difficult to return! Fake photos, different products, fake products, you should clean up your business Skroutz. Offering Plus (or however it's called) service it's like you've been living in another reality, you need to address the issues your customers are experiencing or maybe wait, we are not your customers the shops are, no? Fine them, stop their business for a period, check them often, redirected sales should be recorded too, there should follow specific rules regarding customer support and product quality. There are plenty of things to do to make sure that your actual customers are protected! You don't respect my time (or any of your customer's really) and you don't protect me as your customer! I was just looking for something (that's what triggered this review) and the shop you recommended is the worst of the worst lol, they send me twice a fake battery ( juice pack) what a waste of time!!!! There is NO WAY from any media to renew my subscription on time. The app, the website and help page and finally the customer service chat (which an automated one btw) ALL direct me to a page where it outlines the benefits of the subscription, a link to its Ts&Cs, a breakdown of my previous payments, but no link anywhere to renew my subscription on time. No available person to chat as the company telephone only answers with a voicemail which hangs up after a msg. This means they are deliberately cancelling my subscription and the benefits I have amassed over the last 4 years. Selected English in settings but nothing. ### 5/5 — Από τις καλύτερες ελληνικές εταιρείες by far *2022-07-21* Κάτοικος εξωτερικού εδώ, Χρησιμοποιώ Skroutz τα τελευταία 2 περίπου χρόνια, το app είναι πολύ καλό σε γενικές γραμμές και η εξυπηρέτηση πελατών τρομερή. Το feature του FB messenger bot τρομερό, πριν λίγες μέρες ανακάλυψα επειδή είχα θέμα με μια παραγγελία ότι εάν γράψεις μήνυμα σου απαντάει representative. Το θέμα με την παραγγελία μου που ήταν από την πλευρά της μεταφορικής επιλύθηκε σε 1 μόλις ημέρα από την στιγμή επικοινωνίας μου με το Skroutz και την μεταφορική. Ήθελα παρά πολύ να σχολιάσω θετικά την συγκεκριμένη εταιρεία που σπανίζει στις μέρες μας ειδικά στην Ελλάδα. I’m not really living in Greece anymore but every time I go to Greece I just shop from skroutz because it’s just damn way easier even than Amazon. I haven’t had the need to contact the help desk or whatever but I assure you once you get the idea of how skroutz works you’ll just browse there whatever you need. And I mean it whatever you need. I log in check prices decide whether or not I’ll buy from skroutz online if I’m in a rush I’ll just locate the store and go or if not I’ll just wait, let me write this with caps sorry in advance.
