I used it to go to my destination within expo city dubai and it wouldn’t let me park it seemingly anywhere I wanted to go to, so I ended up driving it back to where I picked it up from at $19AED 16 minutes. Wasted my time.

Skurtt’s error in accepting a promo code forced me to chase this up with dozens of emails… After almost 10 weeks they assure me they will reimburse the paltry AED 15.
Clearly this is a company not to deal with if any query.

Most painful registration and sign up process. Gave up after waiting and trying several times. Doesn’t support Apple Pay or PayPal, have to enter card details manually which is also a headache when standing on the side of the road trying to rent a scooter…

We enjoyed our time in Dubai greatly enhanced but the rental of scooter from Skurtt.
I asked for advise with using more thank one scooter at a time and the information came straight back with a clear instruction.
I would recommend that other have this same experience and follow all safety give before you ride, thank you again Skurtt.
