This app makes it so easy to bring the fun along: they can have the iPad out while we are at a soccer game and I know they are learning instead of playing mindless games. We had been getting charged monthly for this app and cancelled it due to not ever using it. Now I find I’ve been charged several more times on an entirely different account that I did not give permission for and there is no way to contact anyone at the above mentioned company without logging into the app and I refuse to do that for fear of being charged AGAIN for it. We came across this app due to a college student selling the books door to door. Maybe I should have known better? I feel I’ve been scammed and have been charged several hundred dollars for a service I do not use nor have ever used and currently I’m not even sure what I’m being charged for due to not being able to find anything online in regards to this company. We tried contacting the solicitor representative that helped us purchase it and he will not answer. I then emailed the company Southwestern Advantage twice about the issue and so far they are not helping either but certainly taking that monthly fee out of my bank account in time 👌🏻 Very disappointed.
