Also the directional has a little hesitation to it. I like all the available planes and the missions. One thing that I would like to see in a future update is the ability to see in 3rd person. I can’t speak to all of details of the planes. Sure there might be some discrepancies, but if you like WW I, biplane dogfighting, and want a little escape, this is sure to please. My only wishlist item as an Anglophile would be to be able to fly more British planes. Keep up the great work. For all of the techie / nerds who are complaining about mechanics of this aeronautics simulator: quit your complaining and land yourselves a real job; your dear mothers are tired of you living in their basements. ### 5/5 — Excellent Game! *2017-11-30, version 3.8* This is the best aviation game I have ever played for mobile, and I especially love how it is historically inspired in that it tells the story of the Manfred von Richthofen, the Red Baron. Contrary to what many Americans might believe about the man, Manfred von Richthofen was not a cold, heartless killer, but a very honorable and patriotic man who showed honor, respect, and compassion to even his enemies. With that said, the story of how he started flying a red airplane is part of his unique story, and a cool bonus to the game would be if we could unlock the red plane during the storyline, instead of having to purchase it. The airplanes are: the graphics are good.…… Until you reach level 23. When you were a bummer Connor, planes appeared out of nowhere and shoot you down and you can't shoot them down. I tried reloading it again and it still did not work. When it worked it was fun but it froze every time. Otherwise a decent game. Can’t get past mission 23. It is mission impossible. ### 3/5 — So close... *2017-05-07, version 3.8* Fun game but way too limited. Campaign? No, just a series of unconnected missions. Game has great potential but just not much there at present. ### 3/5 — Missing dual LMG O8 Spandau *2017-02-28, version 3.8* It's a good start, this game. But the game doesn't seem to accurately model performance and armament differences between the Halberstadt D.II, and the faster, more powerfully armed Fokker E.V and Pfalz D.XII. In the real warplanes, the Fokker Triplane, E.V and Pfalz had two LMG O8 machine guns, but in the game, you only get one machine gun no matter what fighter you choose to play. That is unfortunate, because some missions are more challenging than they should be with only the low firepower the game allows. It's also impossible in the game to do many aerobatic maneuvers that the planes would be able to do in WWI. The simulator doesn't give you more maneuverability with the Fokkers and less with the Pfalz and Halberstadt like it should. I'd also like to see the game allow replays with a point of view outside the plane. Perhaps that's too much to ask of an iOS game, but a Mac desktop/laptop version could probably do a good job of it. ### 3/5 — Fun game but! *2017-01-30, version 3.8* If I buy a game why isn't it a complete game? His first triplane should be the classic triplane and not one that was flown by Manfred von Richthofen’s brother Lothar von Richthofen.
