I’m sure others have conquered the unnecessarily steep learning curve to control this beast, but it just doesn’t have to be this difficult. Thank you for adding moderately recognizable physics, but now please let players use them with a joystick (and not the casual junk). I’m honestly in disbelief at how ATYPICAL managed to make such a terrible sequel to such a wonderful original. Storm Raider’s 1 is easily a 5 ⭐️ game. The original has wonderful fluid flight mechanics, terrific campaign sequences, great extra features and graphics. I’m baffled at how the managed to create this cesspool of a sequel. All you needed to do was build on the foundation of the original, create some new exciting campaigns maybe add a few new planes. Instead the developers created different flight characteristics that are akin to Atari level of design. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it should be stapled on their heads. Did the same game design team code this game? Did you outsource the project to a bunch of junior high schools students? Did you even test this abomination before you released it? How did you sink to the bottom of the Mariana Trench when you were floating on the clouds? How in good conscience could you ask your patrons and loyal customers to pay for this abomination of a game. Honestly if I could get a refund and give this game back, I would in a heartbeat. If I didn’t know about the Sky Gamblers series, you would think 🤔 this game is a sequel to the very first game in the series Rise of Glory and made in 2006. Instead it’s the sequel to the legendary Storm Raiders and released in 2020 😖. Have no idea how ATYPICAL regressed to such lows, probably has something to do with the corporate side of the business. Only needed to play one campaign mission to realise how badly the game designers analy screwed the prestige of SKY GAMBLERS, I understand it’s hard to make a good game and even harder to make a excellent game. But you guys had the foundation of the original gameplay to build a better sequel, instead you dribble out this. ### 1/5 — I do not trust this app *2024-04-01* This app completely took over my phone. You should watch the tutorials to learn how to play the game! Also, have you checked the iAPs? We bought the first version for my son but the game was super glitchy...we didn’t listen to the reviews and bought it anyways. We chalked that up as our mistake and moved on Unfortunately we then purchased this game (my son was using his own money and assured me he wanted it despite the many bad reviews)...I’m not sure what that says about me but they got another $5 from my son. The game may be great but the app closes just closes down right after selecting the app to play. Also, the game has much less pay 2 win than the original and better graphics as well as loadout customization. I do think that a problem is that planes can take way to many hits which sometimes is a bit boring.
