Passengers do automatically board as long as the elevator is heading the direction they want to go. You can play the game (and get very far!) without asking passengers to board. That said, there is a small tactical advantage when sometimes you want passengers to ride along even though the cab is heading in the wrong direction, so they don't grow impatient. In this case you can tap to force them on. I'm just guessing, but the rules for when passengers board is not always obvious to new players: they only board if the cab is taking them in the direction they want to go, and they prefer shorter routes with fewer transfers. You can force them on by tapping the cab. You can use this to play tactically. If you encounter any specific issues though, please let me know using the feedback form or support email and I'd be very happy to take a look. Just in case it helps: you don't actually need to complete Level 2 to unlock Level 3, so you can skip ahead if a level isn't clicking for you. Automated elevators are introduced from Level 3 onwards and become an important part of later puzzles. In-app purchases should be unobtrusive, not pivotal to the enjoyment of the game. It’s ok to want compensation for your game, and it is genuinely fun and worth paying for, but you should’ve just made it non-free from the jump, not resort to sneaky tactics to get people invested and then surprise them with a pay-wall. **Developer response:** Thank you so much for your feedback. I have since modified the app store description to highlight what you get more clearly, and I will try to make it clearer in the app in upcoming updates as well. Разработчики, исправьте пожалуйста ситуацию по ней, у меня на 12 этаже синие кубики почему-то не садятся в лифт, чтобы поехать на 11 этаж (для кубиков) и игра прерывается на этом моменте уже который раз, что бы я не делала.
