I bought the service for my place in Mexico. I am unable to use the app in the United States. I don’t even know what’s on the app because I can’t access it. I’m unable to pay my bill through the app or do anything when I’m in Mexico same thing difficult to access. would be great if I can access it I’d give it a -5 if possible.

Me parece injusto que se pague una suscripción mensual a la app y esta no funcione con la nueva actualización, desde El Salvador siempre he ocupado la app y con la reciente actualización no dejé ver nada.

La nueva versión no deja accesar, dice que es solamente para México, yo soy usuario en GT y utilizo el app frecuentemente (en sus versiones anteriores) por favor arreglen ese error.

Incluso desde Mexico la app tiene fallas. En muchas ocasiones aparece “error de conexión” aún teniendo buen internet.

I’m RD customer and the error message says only for Mexico. UPDATE now can play in the app.  With problems. But in the web browser the service still unavailable. In RD. Now two stars. At least you are working.
