I have verified that my phone tv and stream puck are all connected to the same wifi and yet the app doesn’t find it. But a 3rd party app identifies it instantly. To be clear, this app is exclusively for Sky Glass and Sky Stream users. Anyway, I installed it to use with my Sky Glass, but it lacks both volume control and voice support. After downloading I opened and realised I could not control the Sky Glass volume or mute at least. This is one of the most basic app commands that should have been built in. Iv held off thinking that it would come in an update, the app has been updated several times and still no volume control. Already sky glass voice control is unreliable using volume control or muting (often says can’t do this) but to introduce a remote control that can’t support volume control is poor.
