What a waste of time this was. It wasn’t cheap. By removing service to earlier models the company hopes to get you to buy a newer model. What a joke. Nothing preventing the app from just existing for customers. These cameras are terrible quality, they rarely ever connect when you try to view them, and if they miraculously do manage to show you anything, it’s a terrible quality that freezes up after a few seconds. The new app keeps popping up every time I open this one. However, it refuses to connect my cameras to it for some reason. I will be switching away from SkyBell as soon as I can. They truly are garbage. ### 1/5 — DO NOT BUY !! *2024-07-27, version 4.3.0* Last only 2-3 years if you lucky! Weird set up. They just changed their app and it disaster! My doorbell was ok till we migrated the device to new app and it’s not working. Their customer service told us after 1.5 hours that bell broke magically so it is the device not their new app that is useless!!! They take no responsibility and will not help you to solve any problems.
