Like if you have 6 in your ticket wallet, to indicate 6. As an alternative to create a widget with this information? ### 3/5 — Okay but needs Apple Pay *2023-11-21, version 1.0.4* Good to have this on an app instead of carrying around the paper tickets around and risking losing them while travelling. But needs integration with Apple Pay so one doesn’t have to dig out and juggle credit cards while travelling. The credit card scan never works and I’ve always had to put details in twice before it is accepted by the app. I’ve also realised that this has never been updated in 3yrs despite responses to requests for Apple Pay around that time. I thought the payment failed and then I end up with a double purchase. The worst thing about the App is that the ticket wallet doesn’t refresh after multiple attempts to close and reopen the App. It’s been like that for more than a year and they can’t fix it? Even the guy scanning tickets told me it was a bug in the App. I can never tell how many trips I have left. Given all the feedback going back 5 years, this company doesn’t have any interest in improving their product, only gave 1 star so feedback could be posted ### 1/5 — Waste of my time *2025-04-22, version 1.0.4* What a useless app. I don’t travel to Melbourne much but as they don’t have a rail connection (yes really; it’s 2025 and there is no rail connection from the airport the city!) I chose the bus service. I bought a ticket and got the confirmation and an invitation to download their app. Can I see my ticket when I register? Haha no. Then after digging my wallet out of my suitcase there was an error and my payment couldn’t be processed. Also the timetables don’t recognize the date to know it’s a public holiday. I’d much rather have my ticket in there alongside everything else, like my boarding passes etc. ### 4/5 — Can be improved *2019-12-30, version 1.0.3* Not a bad setup, but a few amendments are requested: - The Velocity Frequent Flyer option should be added after the quantity of tickets to be purchased is filled out. - After the purchase of a ticket on the app, an email notification should be sent directly to the customer’s email address to confirm ticket purchase detailing the important information pertaining to said purchase. At the moment, it only notifies you that an email account has been created. - Other than screenshots of the actual ticket at the time of purchase, what about offline access to the ticket wallet which displays the ticket purchase is advisable? Ticket wallet is embedded in the app (as opposed to the mobile wallet function), and requires mobile data to access and open the actual wallet. ### 3/5 — Ticket wallet needs work *2026-03-16, version 1.0.4* Easy to use app, but tickets remain visible in the wallet years after they’ve been used.
