Doszłam do momentu wybrania płatności. Mam 83 zł na koncie SkyCash. Aplikacja nie zadziała. Za chwilę zobaczyłam wiadomość ze płatność nie powiodła się i mogę ją ponowić za dwie minuty. A ja w autobusie. Po dwóch minutach znowu nie przeszło i wiadomość że mogę ponownie zapłacić za 11 minut. Kupiłam bilet u kierowcy🤷‍♀️. Wracając do domu ponowiłam próby płatności. Nie udało się. Dzisiaj po ponownym zainstalowaniu aplikacji i po 4 próbach płatność przeszła raz. Uff udało się. Jeszcze w zeszłym roku wszystko działało super. While it’s convenient to have train tickets, parking, and other services in one place, the poor performance is frustrating. The website throws a server error, making online sign-up impossible. The app isn't much better—it demands a phone number, but if your country isn't on the list, you're simply out of luck. Nie dało się pójść dalej, syf i malaria!!!!!! ### 1/5 — Absolutely awful user experience *2025-02-21, version 3.8.43* If you’re looking for an app that charges your entire topped-up amount for even a brief 15-minute parking session, look no further—that’s the default setting. Whether you need time-limited or fixed parking, the system ensures you pay the maximum. To make matters worse, the app frequently logs you out, often due to a weak internet connection. When that happens, brace yourself for a nightmarish password reset process that can easily eat up 20 minutes of your time. You’ll be bounced between multiple websites, emails, and text messages in a maze seemingly designed by either a madman or an overzealous programmer. An absolutely dreadful user experience. ### 1/5 — Nightmare *2025-02-12, version 3.8.43* After recent upgrade I can do… well almost nothing! I can’t even access my payments to check my card when the app issues that I must verify it before the payment… I was using this card for the past two years it works everywhere else and I can’t pay for the parking now! Tried to purchase a ticket for the tram to check what was going on and I can’t either! What is going on? I must find a new app for it, bye scycash! Not see you for sure! Plus this nightmare app always brakes when buying tram tickets! Nightmare! ### 2/5 — Basic functionalities not working *2025-01-17, version 3.8.43* Resetting password and setting it up on the website will cause that you will not be able to enter it in the app because of the length. Payment for parking is idiotic. On the guide movie they show that you simply select a car and click Start/Stop, but the idiotic app does not start payment parking, you need to go through further steps and start payment. Switching to mpay, I do not want to use this idiotic SkyCash anymore. ### 1/5 — Poor experience with purchasing tickets *2025-01-08, version 3.8.43* Poor experience with purchasing tickets for polish trains. Half of the trains is not presented during search, application is crashing whilst trying to do a purchase, it is a drama. I regret that I have made a bigger top up of my account. Not recommend that app. Their support claims that everything is in order ### 1/5 — Unintuitive *2024-12-25, version 3.8.43* For the time I used the app it functioned well. However, issues started immediately after changing phone number to such level that it could potentially be considered a joke. Customer service replies immediately and that is good, however they do not solve the case. 1) you cannot change phone number linked to your account. Solution: send email to SkyCash with a request to have account deleted, and funds on your account cannot be returned back to you, however it can be given to charity. 2. You cannot change phone open a new account that combines your new number and your email. Solution (given by customer service) open new account with a fake email address. 3. The new account does not recognise the password I created. Solution: request new password. This password will be sent to the fake email you just created…. I gave up. Dear SkyCash team: you cannot go any lower than this. You can only improve, and I believe you have all technology available at your hands to make these improvements. ### 2/5 — terrible user experience *2024-11-16, version 3.8.43* I use this app to buy tickets from time to time. It is a user experience nightmare, it takes a hundred clicks to do a simple thing. I am unable to configure it so that I can buy tickets without entering pin number. Validating the tickets, overall navigation and especially navigating back - this is somehow magically complicated in this app. Idiotic one minute limit for ticket validation just adds insult to injury, it’s the stupidest thing. ### 1/5 — This app is a scam *2024-10-29, version 3.8.43* The app looks very useful in Warsaw but I tried to top it up. Actually I tried it twice. It took money from my bank account and the balance didn’t show up in several days. Support is unreachable. I asked my bank for a charge back which was approved. Apple should have removed the app from the store ### 1/5 — App only for "locals", and a bunch of errors and limitations *2024-09-06, version 3.8.43* The "miracle" of the interface begins with registration in the application. You are asked to enter your phone number and your password. And these can only be numbers of the EU zone. Probably, people from other countries never come to Poland. Well, you enter your phone number and enter your desired password. And immediately the error "invalid password" appears. And what to do next? And it turns out that you have to wait stupidly, after a couple of minutes you will receive an SMS with the password to the application... Ok, the next step is to enter the name, surname, e-mail, and pin code. And here, too, exactly the same, after entering all the fields, the application happily wrote to me (in Polish, of course, although the interface is in English) that my e-mail address is incorrect and I should enter my e-mail address correctly. I've checked the spelling five times and the app still won't accept my mail or register. At this point I was ready to delete the app. But after 5 minutes, a joyful letter "hooray, your profile has been created successfully" arrives in the mail. what?... I return to the application and already choose "login", this time I was let in (of course, the password from the application is the one that came in the SMS, and not the one you would like to enter). In the parking section, I am trying to create a profile of my cars where, in addition to the car registration number, I need to enter the country of registration of this car. And of course, only EU countries are on the list. Probably, no one comes to Poland with cars from other countries, so why give them the opportunity to pay for parking in this application. And in the payment section, there is no option to pay by Apple Pay, just add a bank card (and here I would not be surprised if the application accepts only cards created by Polish banks). Terrible implementation of the application, for the local market and users who remained mentally in the last century. ### 1/5 — who made this app? *2024-09-03, version 3.8.43* This app reminds me of and looks like old 1990 websites and works similarly. The app crashes all the time and won’t let you log in. An information about something with servers pops up and you can’t do anything. Today I paid for parking 2x the amount I was supposed to so I guess I just got scammed? Because the app won’t even let me report an issue due to not being able to work properly. I would like to get my money back please. ### 1/5 — Dishonest App *2024-08-08, version 3.8.43* I have observed that paying for parking is risky and potentially expensive. When finishing, the ‘cannot connect to server’ window appears regularly and the ‘stop payment’ function falsely shows that payment has stopped, but payment continues. This is extremely unsatisfactory and expensive and I would give SkyCash 0 stars if this was an option. ### 1/5 — It doesn’t work *2024-07-31, version 3.8.43* So I tried 5 billion times to register/login/change/restore password and I just can’t login. I’m sure that I did everything correctly because I could login on website. But the app just doesn’t work. Also it’s strange don’t provide authentication by google or apple account. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Buying ticket issues *2026-06-20, version 3.9.7* After one year writing reviews about significant delays in buying tickets and often first purchase is always failing, i moved to jakdojade, which gives the beautiful experience from first moments, and not this(skycash) buggy app. So goodbye, and hire normal ios developers who is able to fix bugs! ### 1/5 — All payment options do not work *2026-04-15, version 3.9.6* I wrote to the support before regarding me being constantly kicked out of the app while trying to buy tickets, because the app lagged a lot, and my phone lagged as well. I constantly had to buy tickets for more money in the bus or even go out a few times because the machine was broken. Why? Cause I was kicked out for 3 minutes. Imagine paying a fine because of such a reason. Currently, I cannot even add money to it, because blik doesnt work, card does not work as well and even bank transfer doesnt work. This was the only app that worked on old phones like iphone 6 but ofc not anymore. ### 1/5 — The worst app possible *2026-03-03, version 3.9.6* I was trying to use this app but for last had our I’m trying to turn off my parking I give up. However, when coming back to my car I opened it up to stop the time, app threw an error when opening up reading “communication error”. End result was parking was not registered and I got a fine from town hall. Repels didn’t do anything. SkyCash says it’s not their problem even though they released this piece of junk ### 1/5 — Literally unusable *2025-11-29, version 3.9.6* You cannot reset PIN, if you try to pay with Play Invoice then you need to wait upwards of 2 minutes for app to react. If you click even two times in waiting, app throws an error and bans you for 10 minutes. This is literally unusable and abysmal, you should be ashamed of yourself to take money for that service. ### 1/5 — It’s getting worse and worse *2025-11-07, version 3.9.6* The app is getting worse and worse for some reasons (IPhone 15 here). It’s extremely buggy and slow. When I buy a ticket it’s faster to restart the app than to wait for the ticket to load. When you restart you can access your ticket quickly. When you wait you can be waiting for hours. Next thing is 3 minutes block after one failed to scan a ticket. The windows is super close and the system buggy again - I had it so many times that I just got blocked because the system lagged. The only benefit of this app right now is that it does not have any alternatives - but it’s got super bad ### 1/5 — Horrible!!! *2025-10-27, version 3.9.5* I have used SkyCash app for a couple of years now. Half the time App does not work, Hangs, or you get a notification from the App that the parking Started, later to find out no it did not, which causes ticket fines. I got 4 fines by now because of the App and every time I submit the Refund request, they deny the claim.
