I bought two accounts and did not see any credentials in the chat. I asked the “pro” but they didn’t respond right away. So I contacted support instantly. Fast forward 2 days later and still have no credentials. I requested at for me to get my cash back or credits so I can just get 2 other bases but support claims they can not help me and need their EU team to assist. But I guess the eu team has yet to read their request since I’ve put it in. Do not believe them when they say they have 24/7 support or that the delivered time is ever accurate. I ordered coaching on Thursday at 11am. Asked for a refund repeatedly when it took more than a day to find a pro, kept being offered other services instead and I just kept saying no, I want a refund. Was finally told to email accounting, got the same run around, asked for a refund 3-4 times and they just kept offering me credit or other services. Finally matched me with a “pro” on Sunday night at 11pm, and he said he is Master 2 in Rematch, which isn’t a rank in that game. So disappointed with this service. It got to the point where I didn’t even want the service anymore so I had requested a refund. It’s currently August 6, 4 full days have gone by and they are trying to avoid giving me a refund after 5 emails of me specifically asking for a refund.
