Once you make a purchase no one knows when it will be fulfilled truly, it can be an hour it can be days, it can also just never happen. The support team all just responded with generic “We are terrible sorry for the inconvenience please just wait a bit.” No ETA. No reason. Nothing. I’m sure they have a very carefully scripted terms of service but businesses like this that don’t even tell you anything about what you spent money on should be illegal, and just treat your customers better. Please spend your money on their competitors if you, like me, don’t have time to accomplish things in a game you still love but want to enjoy. They also leave items up you can purchase that they have no idea on whether they can fulfill it or not and also leave “typically 1 hour” bait for you to purchase it. Scummy and scammy. I bought two accounts and did not see any credentials in the chat. I asked the “pro” but they didn’t respond right away. So I contacted support instantly. Fast forward 2 days later and still have no credentials. I requested at for me to get my cash back or credits so I can just get 2 other bases but support claims they can not help me and need their EU team to assist. But I guess the eu team has yet to read their request since I’ve put it in. Do not believe them when they say they have 24/7 support or that the delivered time is ever accurate. I ordered coaching on Thursday at 11am. Asked for a refund repeatedly when it took more than a day to find a pro, kept being offered other services instead and I just kept saying no, I want a refund. Was finally told to email accounting, got the same run around, asked for a refund 3-4 times and they just kept offering me credit or other services. Finally matched me with a “pro” on Sunday night at 11pm, and he said he is Master 2 in Rematch, which isn’t a rank in that game. So disappointed with this service. I ended up purchasing the exact same service from another provider, and the difference was night and day. The professionalism, communication, and quality of service were outstanding compared to SkyCoach. I would give less than one star if that were possible.
