No options to delete account. Seems like a phishing scam. Have attempted to contact customer service multiple time. ### 1/5 — Buyers beware - Read first! *2022-01-22, version 3.1.1* After days of waiting for a reply asking a simple question, I FINALLY got a response and was told by Bobby himself that I was "not a good fit" for Skyebrowse because I wasn't going to exclusively use it as a first responder and he wouldn't allow me to purchase and even cancelled my trial period before it was up. NOT a good guy at all and happy I found this out early. Best to go with Pix4D React designed for first responders. It's much quicker at 3 minutes processing time rather than the 2.5 hours processing (post video upload) that it took during my 14 day trial period for a simple 2 minute flight. Plus he nearly doubled his charge for this lackluster program 2 days ago. ### 5/5 — Only one flight in *2021-11-29, version 3.1.1* Only one flight in, and I can already say that this is some really well thought out software. I’ve yet to put it in challenging situations, but the idea comes across far easier than many other applications so far. It is phenomenal for law enforcement to get crash scenes mapped quickly and scale maps for large event planning. It can be a huge tool for firefighters through thermal mapping and terrain elevation for spills. Estimators for insurance need a quick and accurate roof map for insurance quotes here you go. What impresses me the most is the user friendly extremely simple preflight setup to fly a map. There’s a missions tab, which says “disconnect from other drone apps” even though I’m not running any and then gives me no option to do anything. There’s a Local Models tab, which tells me to create one but there is no button or tools to do anything. And then there’s the settings tab, which lets me log out. From take off to landing was under 4 minutes. (Your actual results may vary). Recorded a 1.7GB video file. Processing time was less then 5 minutes. Results were good. Missing some details I feel it should have picked up. May be camera settings or the flight altitude.
