Welcome to the SkyeFit community! Looking to get fitter and stronger? Look no further! 
This app will deliver killer workouts and help you track your nutrition. You will have access to guides and recipe books to help you achieve the body of your dreams. And the best part? You will have me as your 24/7 personal trainer in your pocket. Message me anytime! I'm your biggest cheerleader and your best friend in your fitness journey. Let's set some goals and celebrate every win along the way!

The workouts will be personalized to suit you, your fitness abilities, and your fitness goals. They will be tailored to include the equipment you own at home, no equipment at all, or to be completed in the gym; you just tell me where and when you want to do your workouts.

Nutrition is most people's biggest obstacle when they are trying to lose weight. Join me, and I will change your relationship with food. No more restrictive diets! No more squeezing three meals into 1,200 calories! FOOD IS FUEL! I will teach you how to fuel your body correctly and see results even when you are eating more than you ever believed you could on a "DIET". This is not a quick fix. This is not a "Drop a dress size in a week". This is slow, sustainable weight loss. This is a program designed to end all yo-yo dieting and designed to change your life! After three months of commitment, you should start to see fitness and healthy eating as part of your daily routine.

A paid coaching plan is required to use the app. Payment for the monthly subscription will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. Auto-renewal may be turned off in Account Settings in iTunes after purchase. Once purchased, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.
