I opened my account and paid for the app, it didn’t work. The app itself was broken. So I requested to close my account. I think my total experience time was 1 hour. I received a message from customer service advising the app has been experiencing difficulties for the past week, if I just give a couple more days it should be fixed. So I requested again that my membership be canceled. 

A few hours later I received a message stating that my cancellation was processed and I wouldn’t be billed in the future, no refund 😳

So much for their satisfaction or your money back claims.

There is NO AI, there is NO personalized advice. Just some YouTube turtorials that you could get for free from YouTube. I got ripped off for $40, I am so mad

The app works well, but sometimes it’s a bit slow to load. Other than that, it’s pretty nice and does a good job of giving useful makeup and skincare advice.

### 1/5 — SCAM GOOD REVIEWS ARE OBVIOUSLY PAID FOR

You can tell because they basically follow a script, saying the same things. Search them on Reddit if you want real users experiences. 
They charged me FOUR random times, all random amounts ,in the first month for a total of $130. The subscription said $29 a month. There is no phone number and the only email I’ve received a reply to was to tell me “we cannot refund you as you didn’t correctly cancel your trial (I emailed to cancel it using a different email that I had signed up with so y’all don’t make that mistake). Your account is now cancelled “. NO REPLY to any email asking why I was over charged $101.
