Enter city & flight number, choose “Message Dispatch” and the app quits! Every time! Call dispatch and wait on hold for 15 minutes in Miami for another failed scheduled pickup & 30 more minutes while the dispatcher calls an Uber! This has happened multiple times! ### 1/5 — Non-functional garbage *2022-03-11, version 2.6* App just crashes if you try to message a driver or their dispatch, and map location function does not work. Back to 10 minutes of phone trees and sitting on hold to talk to someone. ### 1/5 — Useless *2021-12-23, version 2.5* Driver doesn’t message. Tried to call and got “voicemail not set up”. The location doesn’t update… shows the van’s location on startup but that’s it. To update you have to manually shut down the app, relogin, useless. The contact section does nothing. Contact the driver just returns a generic “I’m driving” message, contact dispatcher does nothing. I’ve used this dozens of times for a few years now and it’s never improved. Whenever you call the driver it says the drivers mailbox is full. GPS is a joke it does not show where the driver is at all. No option to set up an account, or instructions how to set one up elsewhere. Never on time. ### 1/5 — App no longer works due to faulty update *2025-03-03, version 2.86* This app no longer works. The app wants an update, and when you go to update, it installs Skyhop Tech Crew instead of updating the regular Skyhop Crew app. Uninstalling Skyhop Crew to renstall does not fix the problem, as it only downloads the version from the previous install via the cloud download icon. This leads to needing the update again which loads the wrong app again. No point in trying to use Skyhop Crew until this gets fixed. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2024-04-25, version 2.86* App gps for your vehicle often doesn’t work or is inaccurate. Assigns wrong drivers. Even dispatchers don’t know where their vans are when you call them. Slow. App in general is embarrassing. Drivers are great. Dispatch is often very good. The GPS almost never correctly shows driver locations. The call driver function doesn't always work. And the drivers say they don't get notified when I request pickup. So the app is really only good for canning dispatch and leaving reviews. He met us inside the airport, drove safely and was very personable.
