This makes the app useless if you change your phone number. App hiện voucher nhưng địa điểm để đổi voucher thì ghi là Grand Stella. Cả Hà Nội chỉ có thể đến Hồng Hà, Ba Đình để đổi. Liên hệ tổng đài Got It từ 20/10, admin trực Zalo bảo mình chờ. Mình chờ đến 5/11 vẫn ko giải quyết xong cho mình. Mình ko nhắn thêm tin Zalo chắc admin cho mình vào dĩ vãng luôn à? Cho đến 11/11, admin đã trả lời nhưng vấn đề của mình vẫn ko được giải quyết. Phần thông tin đổi voucher vẫn hiện là đến Grand Stella. Cốc cafe ko đáng bao nhiêu nhưng mình thấy cách xử lý của các bạn quá ko ổn và lâu. Từ 20/10 đến 5/11 nếu mình ko chủ động nhắn tin thì chắc cũng chẳng giải quyết. Ai có điểm thì đừng đổi quà voucher, có thể mất điểm còn mất thời gian liên hệ tổng đài Got It như mình. ### 1/5 — Worst Scam Airline *2024-11-13, version 1.0.68* This airline just uses every opportunity to scam as much money out of you as possible. The website in English is set up to try and trick you to miss out your middle name so they can charge you at the airport to change it. And they clearly know this as the check in guy asked in a happy manner about it when checking in an was disappointed when we had filled it all out correctly. But then force you to check in luggage and then try the same thing again closer to the plane. Also just ridiculously disorganized and always delayed. ### 1/5 — Incredibly poor *2024-11-13, version 1.0.68* 2 hours delayed, like others got forced to check in a bag for 350k dong. As we are English he assumed we’d entered my middle name incorrectly without looking (we had entered it correctly) but the con is so engrained in staff it’s automatic for them! The loyalty app doesn’t reflect loyalty.
