A Quick Forewarning, if you’re not going to invest your into the stock market , well this is the next best thing! I don’t know enough about accounting, but what I do know is that this place takes care of you! Their Certificate accounts are generous and their loan appraisals are noteworthy!

I attempted to change my phone number within the app. It did not do it. It kept saying send the code to, and then it would still show my previous number that I started the account with, I went to the branch to have them change it she said give it sometime. I waited about 20-30 minutes and tried to login and it still had my previous number to send a code to. This is a major problem. I pay my bills with this account so I need to make sure that my transaction went through because I can’t afford to be late. This is a very, very big problem. It should not be this difficult to make changes to your account within the app.

I have not been able too log on to the app for about a week. Called the bank they see nothing wrong on there end. Getting the message ( unexpected error accrued try again latter)

I just set up a new account. I was able to enroll online with my computer, but trying to load the app on my phone is impossible. Awesome bank, terrible app.
