Called the bank they see nothing wrong on there end. Getting the message ( unexpected error accrued try again latter) ### 3/5 — 🙏🏾🙏🏾 PLEASE SEPARATE TRANSACTIONS BY MONTH *2025-09-04, version 4018.0.0* I’m feeling the app so far. I switched to this bank from another credit union with an AMAZING app. This one is just okay. It’s good enough, but my old credit union really took their time with crafting that app. It was Dupaco Community Credit Union if you want to check it out. The reason I switched to Skyla was because my old credit union did not support Zelle within the app and Zelle discontinued the app. Skyla has been great to bank with. The app would be 4/5 if: - transactions were separated by month - Zelle feature was accessible with 1-2 clicks. Would be 5/5 if it mirrored the Dupaco CCU app ### 4/5 — Account Details Shown BEFORE Logging In *2025-04-15, version 4016.1.2* Opening the app immediately shows account details, balances, etc. It only asked to login AFTER clicking on an account. I believe the account details should absolutely not be exposed BEFORE logging in. UPDATE: I found that there is a setting for this and fixed it, however I wish this was the default. ### 2/5 — Account Details Shown BEFORE Logging In *2025-03-20* Opening the app immediately shows account details, balances, etc. It only asked to login AFTER clicking on an account. Well, enjoy your pretty colors-not falling for it.. ### 3/5 — Issues with the app *2024-10-05* The problem with the app it keeps shutting down and when I need to unfreeze my card I have to wait until the next business day or even when I need to check my balance sometimes I can’t, that is an inconvenience for person like me who is always on the go. **Developer response:** We are sorry you are having issues. Get it together *2024-08-20, version 4013.2.0* I was hopeful, I thought that they had fixed the random log off issue that’s been plaguing this app for a long time, but with the latest release, it’s gotten even worse. I’ll be in the middle of a remote check deposit, checking my balance, or about to pay a bill, and suddenly, I’m logged out, ejected back to the login screen! Please get this fixed. It’s annoying! Other things in the app work well, but this is really a PITA. Please spend time on this and get it fixed! ### 4/5 — It’s just infuriating *2024-07-22, version 4013.2.0* Okay, so I don’t spend money on my account often because I usually use cash- I’m a minor and don’t have a job yet. So when I tried to check on my account I had to create a whole new one because of my inactivity. That isn’t the problem, the problem is that I accidentally forgot to press “I agree” on the disclosure, so it let me go through the effort of making an account all over again just for me to be put into a loop of a pop up saying “Disclosure not accepted” and me refreshing only for the pop up to appear again. I really appreciate that. ### 1/5 — Account Changes *2026-01-23, version 4019.1.0* I attempted to change my phone number within the app. It did not do it. It kept saying send the code to, and then it would still show my previous number that I started the account with, I went to the branch to have them change it she said give it sometime. I waited about 20-30 minutes and tried to login and it still had my previous number to send a code to. This is a major problem. I pay my bills with this account so I need to make sure that my transaction went through because I can’t afford to be late. This is a very, very big problem. It should not be this difficult to make changes to your account within the app. ### 1/5 — App is Terrible *2025-10-21, version 4018.1.1* I just set up a new account. I was able to enroll online with my computer, but trying to load the app on my phone is impossible. I got my direct deposit setup where I see my funds was deposited. I tried sending Zelle and keep getting message” unable to complete transaction”. I called the bank and was told they don’t have access to help me with Zelle. I went to Co-op branches (Mid-Florida CU) and was told there is a message “Refer member to hosted branch”. I went to another branch Co - op branch (Campus USA CU) and was told they cannot find me in their system. I’m lost I need my money urgently and cannot access it this is ridiculous. As soon as I get my money out I will close this account, I understand I loss my card but there should be other means to get access to your money when you need it. I will now have to wait 7-10 business days to get back a card. The worse thing I have ever seen in am banking app you can generate a virtual card, see your full card number or member number which I find very irritating. ### 1/5 — No access *2025-01-23, version 4015.2.3* Two accounts can only access one card on app and representatives don’t know how to get both to show. I uninstalled and installed back-nothing.
