It won’t let you book for later. The booking showed that a white Kia Niro was coming to collect me -22 FAO When the driver arrived, another lady who was standing closer to the vehicle got into the taxi. As I approached the car and opened the door, the driver started moving away even if I shouted its my booking, the lady said the same is hers. As a result, I was left stranded at Milton Keynes train station despite being there for my booked pickup. The journey was then cancelled, and I was charged £4 for the cancellation, even though the situation was not my fault. I am very disappointed with the handling of this booking. The driver should be penalised and he don’t deserve his job, he was verbal aggressive and moved the car while I was trying to understand.I would like the £4 cancellation charge refunded and an explanation of how this situation occurred.
